To maximize sales and profit of the categories and achieving sales budgets while remaining competitive in the marketplace. This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking.
· Driving overall health of the category – financial as well as operational
· Developing existing categories on-boarding new categories to grow Moglix product assortment. Strategizing executing GTM for new categories.
· Strategic vendor development brand partnership across all key categories
· Developing executing business plan strategy for private label entry into various industrial categories
· Oversee and lead the PL for online (e-commerce) business
· Analyzing GMV growth, marketing spends and gross margin on sale
· Managing and planning assortment/categories and tie up with brands to develop the catalog
· Driving top line growth MoM in line with the targets
· Driving operational metrics through vendor management team.
· Generating bottom-line through Ad sales – Key suppliers + Brands (working with central Ad sales team)
· Building brand and key supplier strategic partnerships and relations
6+ years of work experience in similar profile
Experience in on-boarding new categories and PL management
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets
MBA from a reputed institute (Tier 1/1.5)
