Role Objective
We are looking for a high-impact and high-energy techno-commercial professional who will be responsible for driving the overall category KPIs including GMV, GM% new supplier development. The role requires a high caliber person with an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of business acumen, operational rigor, and business excellence.
Role Responsibilities
Managing the complete supply portfolio pan india in the defined category by identifying andmaintaining excellent working relationships with suppliers manufacturers. Work out best sourcing strategies aligned with the customer requirements to grow the overall financial health of the category including inbound RFQ win rate, GMV, GM% and delivery times Play the role of product evangelist for the product category and recommend best in class solutionsto KAMs customers around Value Engineering, recommendation on specifications, etc. Work with third parties for product approval, inspections and arranging certificates whicharerequired in the product category for Responsible for maintaining and enriching the category catalogue by introducing newSKUs, suppliers, brands manufacturers
Experience : 4-8 years of experience in sourcing/ Sales of pipes, fittings valves
Education : B. Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) MBA- Optional
