About the Role
This role requires someone who can own and scale hiring end-to-end, from building efficient processes, delivering a strong candidate experience, and partnering with our co-founders to align hiring with our growth. We’re aiming to make ~10 hires per quarter this year, so pace and quality both matter.
Axle’s success is directly tied to the strength of our team, and you’ll play a key role in building the pipelines and systems that enable that.
We’re looking for someone with strong operational and strategic instincts, able to balance execution with building scalable processes and driving consistently high hiring outcomes. A huge plus if you’re an Ashby expert.
What you will be doing
Owning end-to-end hiring across multiple roles, both technical and commercial, from sourcing and screening through to offer and close
Delivering a high-quality candidate experience while building efficient, scalable hiring processes
Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape roles, and improve hiring outcomes
Managing onboarding and set new hires up for success from day one
Supporting the broader employee lifecycle, including engagement, performance, and retention initiatives
