Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Update and maintain candidate databases and job postings
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
• Analyze recruitment data and generate reports using MS-Excel
• Work on special projects and initiatives to improve our recruitment processes
