What You'll Be Doing

• Define the strategy and approach to ensure delivery of projects and services in a human centered way.
• Collect and analyze user behavior through Analytics data, user interviews, server logs and online experiments (e.g, A/B testing).
• Understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into research.
• Dive deep into user behaviors and pain points through comprehensive research.
• Turn insights into user personas, and journey maps, and design solutions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Sketch out your ideas, build prototypes, and create high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or whatever you fancy.
• Transform your visions into reality with precision and flair.
• Usability Testing : Don your lab coat and rigorously test your designs.
• Gather feedback, iterate, and perfect every detail.
• Assessment and Strategy : Review current digital properties for usability, design, and branding, and identify strategic opportunities to enhance competitive advantage.
  
  

Essential Skills

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU :

• Proven experience in leading and managing a design team, preferably in the ecommerce industry
• Ability to work with the business to define and prioritize project opportunities.
• Expert in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and creating supporting materials to facilitate capturing of user requirements
• Ability to create outputs and solutions that balance user needs with the technical feasibility and business needs
• Proficiency in Design Tools : Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong ability to lead a design team through influence and inspiration
• Communication : Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating design concepts and collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Organizational Skills : Time-management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects.
• Professional Skills : Proactively deliver tasks, report status, adhere to processes, manage tasks independently, devise design solutions, estimate efforts, and provide technical leadership.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field.
  
  

(Preferable from reputed institutions - NID )

• Experience : 4+ years in UI/UX design with a published work
• Tools : Hands on - Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a bonus
