The National Sales Manager for DSA will develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability in the secured and unsecured loan segments. This role oversees DSA operations, manages partner relationships, ensures compliance, and delivers exceptional client service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategic Planning: Implement business strategies to meet sales targets and expand market presence in secured loans. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and DSA partners. Identify and onboard new connector partners to enhance distribution.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure prompt follow-up on leads. Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on performance, market conditions, and competition. Use data analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in secured loans or financial services, with 10+ years in DSA business development.
- Strong understanding of the loan market and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
