Job Title: Voice Bot Process Manager – Debt Collection

Location: WTT Noida

Reports To: Digital Collection Head

Working Days: 6 days/week (5 days from office, 1 day from home)

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Voice Bot Process Manager to enhance our debt recovery operations using AI-powered voice bots.

Role Overview:

As a Voice Bot Process Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven voice bot workflows for debt collection. Your role will focus on enhancing customer interactions, improving recovery rates, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine voice bot performance while maintaining compliance and profitability.

What you’ll be doing:

Voice Bot Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop and implement AI-driven voice bot strategies for debt collection (e.g., payment reminders, dispute resolution).
  • Design and optimize voice bot workflows tailored to different products and customer segments.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Work closely with internal teams (collections, IT, vendors) to enhance voice bot functionalities.
  • Ensure seamless integration of voice bot solutions with existing debt collection processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and client policies.

Performance & Compliance Management:

  • Track and analyze voice bot effectiveness, customer responses, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage P&L to maintain business profitability.

What we are looking are:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in voice bot process management, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in AI-driven voice bot management, preferably in debt collection or financial services.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning, and voice recognition technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and optimizing voice bot workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field).
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
