Your Role & Responsibilities
- Own and drive individual sales targets while leading a team of account managers.
- Manage and expand relationships with BFSI clients (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs) at CXO and senior leadership levels (CIO, CFO, CRO, Business & Product Heads).
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth from key accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, understanding their pain points and positioning Credgenics' SaaS-based solutions (LMS/LOS/Collections Tech) effectively.
- Lead negotiations and contract closures, ensuring long-term engagement and profitability.
- Oversee and drive pipeline generation, account mining, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities within existing clients.
- Mentor and coach the sales team, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with presales, product, and marketing teams to create compelling pitches and proposals.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in LMS/LOS/FinTech SaaS, selling to BFSI clients.
- Proven ability to close large deals and sell to CXOs in banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Strong hunting and farming skills—must be adept at both acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Experience in managing and mentoring high-performance sales teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and digital lending trends.
