We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Voice Bot Process Manager to oversee the management and optimization of voice bot processes specifically within the debt collection business. This role will focus on implementing AI-and workflow driven voice bots to enhance debt recovery efforts, streamline customer interactions, and improve overall operational efficiency. You will be responsible for driving the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of voice bot processes to ensure successful debt collection outcomes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for voice bot processes in debt collection (payment reminders, dispute resolution, etc.).
  • Create and optimize voice bot workflows for different products and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (collections, IT, vendors) to design, implement, and improve voice bot systems.
  • Monitor voice bot performance, track key metrics, and drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with debt collection regulations and client requirements through quality checks and audits.
  • Manage P&L to ensure business profitability.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of work experience in Voice bot process with min 3 years of experience at a team Manager
  • Proven experience managing AI-driven voice bots, ideally in debt collection or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree Preferably in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of NLP, machine learning, and voice recognition technologies.
  • Experience designing and optimizing voice bot workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
