Digital lending firms to improve the efficiency of their collection using technology, automation

intelligence and optimal legal routes to facilitate the resolution of stressed assets.

With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our SaaS-based collections platform helps

them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Stakeholders: You will be working closely with a large set of stakeholders including

Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, TPMs Commercial and other Product

teams. Strong project and stakeholder management skills are required for this role.

2. Product Strategy: You will translate the company and vertical commercial strategy

into a product strategy for your squad and further translate it into a working

roadmap. You will evangelize the roadmap across various company forums and

provide timely updates on it to all stakeholders.

3. Project Delivery:

a. Your product team will also work with various functional engineering teams

across the organisation to staff all product roadmap items appropriately and

deliver them to the finish line.

b. You will also need to align with various teams across different markets to

plan and execute the go-to market strategy for your product launches.

c. You will need to make sure that the you define the roadmap and meet

internal timelines on the same

d. You will need to make sure your and your team adheres to processes,

creates detailed PRDs, explains all use cases to the development team,

tracks the sprint and actively performs acceptance testing to make sure a

bug free product is launched

What we’re looking for:

● 2-4 years product management experience.

● MBA (or similar) degree from a reputed institute and relevant industry background.

● Proven track record of managing key aspects of a successful product throughout its

lifecycle.

● Effective communication skills and stakeholder management

● High level of ownership

Good To Have:-

● Preference to past entrepreneurs.

● Demonstrable knowledge of agile product management.

● Relevant experience in the fintech space.

● Previous experience in legal tech or the ability to understand legal terms and work

closely with legal heads of companies
