As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Legal - Product Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our legal technology solutions among financial institutions.

Role Overview:

As a Product Sales Specialist - Legal, you will be responsible for driving sales and adoption of Credgenics’ legal tech solutions within the BFSI sector. You will work closely with legal, compliance, and collections teams of banks, NBFCs, and fintechs to help them leverage our platform for legal enforcement, digital litigation, SARFAESI Act execution, arbitration, and compliance automation.

What you’ll be doing:

Product Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop business opportunities by selling Credgenics’ legal technology solutions to banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and digital lenders.
  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, consultation, demo, proposal negotiation, and closure.
  • Engage with legal heads, compliance teams, risk managers, and CXOs to showcase the value of our legal solutions.
  • Work closely with internal legal, product, and tech teams to tailor solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Provide product demonstrations and consultative solutions to help clients optimize their legal collections and recovery strategies.

Industry & Product Expertise

  • Stay updated on legal recovery frameworks, RBI/NCLT regulations, SARFAESI Act, IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code), Arbitration, and other compliance-related laws.
  • Translate complex legal recovery processes into technology-driven solutions for BFSI clients.
  • Gather client feedback to enhance Credgenics’ legal product offerings and contribute to product roadmap discussions.

Revenue Growth & Relationship Management

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional legal product needs within existing BFSI accounts.
  • Track and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and client adoption KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial institutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, legal tech, SaaS sales, or BFSI-focused business development.
  • Strong understanding of legal recovery, litigation management, compliance automation, and regulatory frameworks in BFSI.
  • Proven track record of selling legal tech or compliance solutions to banks, NBFCs, and fintechs.
  • Experience working with legal teams, compliance departments, risk management, and collections teams.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM), Business, or a related field preferred.
