Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Collection Agent. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing and executing the debt collection process, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely cash collection. The role includes daily interactions with clients to negotiate repayment plans, updating payment records, and maintaining accurate and complete records of each conversation for future follow-ups.
