Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate information.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives and walk-ins.
  • Support pre-employment processes including document collection and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring hiring needs in collections.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain hiring trackers and generate basic reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Good understanding of the collections, Sales or BPO industry is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience hiring for voice process, BPO, or collections roles
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends, if required for walk-in drives.
