Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information.
- Assist in organizing recruitment drives and walk-ins.
- Support pre-employment processes including document collection and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring hiring needs in collections.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Maintain hiring trackers and generate basic reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Good understanding of the collections, Sales or BPO industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience hiring for voice process, BPO, or collections roles
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends, if required for walk-in drives.
