Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers; drive execution and delivery.

● Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Python/FastAPI-based services.

● Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using Terraform/Pulumi.

● Oversee Kubernetes-based deployments, observability, and incident response.

● Collaborate with engineering teams to improve build, release, and monitoring

processes.

● Drive best practices in security, scalability, and automation.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of DevOps experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

● Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Kubernetes, and IaC.

● Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), observability (Prometheus,

Grafana), and Postgres.

● Familiarity with Python-based applications and microservices architecture.

● Ability to balance hands-on execution with team management.Good to Have:

● Exposure to fintech or SaaS product environments.

● Understanding of security and compliance practices in cloud deployments.
