We are looking for a motivated and technically sound IT Support Engineer who can be deployed at our site to manage Laptops and IT-related support issues. The candidate should be flexible to travel to multiple location sites, assist in basic IT support activities, and ensure prompt and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support at multipole locations (laptops, printers, internet, hardware issues, etc.).
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with the back-office team for inventory and service issues.
• Handle basic networking tasks like LAN setup, IP configuration, etc.
• Visit new or existing sites as needed for service or setup.
• Occasionally assist in business development by identifying new locations.
• Maintain proper documentation and service logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate Pass or Diploma in IT/Computer Hardware/Networking.
• Prior experience in desktop and laptop support or hardware maintenance is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across locations as required.
