We are now looking for experienced and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Qualification – Identify and qualify new business opportunities from inbound leads and targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Prospecting – Engage with prospects through calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Discovery & Consultative Selling – Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, challenges, and business needs.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the Marketing team and Business Development Managers to nurture and convert prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Pipeline Building – Contribute to a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to help achieve overall sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, lead qualification, inside sales, or business development in SaaS/IT products/IT services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
  • A consultative, customer-first approach with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
