We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive hiring across Business (Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, etc) functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business/corporate hiring and the ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes, ensure timely feedback, and maintain smooth candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers, manage compensation discussions, and ensure high offer-to-join ratios.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (HR dashboards,TAT, source mix).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment projects to improve hiring efficiency.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience with focus on business/corporate roles.
  • Proven ability to hire for Business roles (experience with tech hiring is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.
