About the Role

As the Associate Director of Product at Credgenics, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our flagship product portfolio that powers India’s most advanced collections and debt resolution ecosystem. You will define the long-term roadmap, mentor a team of product managers, and collaborate closely with business, engineering, design, and data teams to drive innovation and scale.

What You’ll Be Doin

• gDefine and own the product strategy and vision – Develop a multi-year roadmap that aligns product innovation with business growth and market expansion goals
• .Lead and mentor – Manage, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers. Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and outcome-driven execution
• .Partner with leadership – Work closely with CXOs, business heads, and technology leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and align product priorities with organizational strategy
• .Drive customer-centric innovation – Champion user empathy by combining customer feedback, market intelligence, and data analytics to deliver impactful product experiences
• .Oversee full product lifecycle – From concept to launch to post-release optimization, ensure timely delivery, scalability, and adoption across stakeholders
• .Enable data-driven decision-making – Leverage analytics (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, internal dashboards) to define KPIs, track success metrics, and continuously improve product performance
• .Ensure compliance & security excellence – Operate in a regulated FinTech environment, embedding data protection, audit, and compliance standards in every release
• .Influence go-to-market and adoption – Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to create compelling narratives and drive adoption across enterprise clients
• .Identify emerging opportunities – Explore AI/ML applications, automation enhancements, and new product lines that strengthen Credgenics’ market leadership

What We’re Looking F

• or5–7 years of experience in product management, with at least 1–2 years in a team management or senior IC role in FinTech, SaaS, or B2B technolog
• y.Proven success in defining and scaling high-impact products in fast-paced, data-driven organization
• s.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and roadmap executio
• n.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, etc.
• ).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skill
• s.Experience working with banking, lending, or collections technology is a strong plu
• s.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred
