About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our B2C credit score management product line. In this role, you’ll drive the vision, strategy, and execution for digital-first consumer products that help millions of users understand, monitor, and improve their credit scores.
You’ll work at the intersection of finance, data, and user experience — building intuitive products that educate users, simplify complex credit data, and inspire financial confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the product roadmap – Define and deliver a compelling product vision for credit score management, aligned with Credgenics’ larger consumer product strategy.
- Deeply understand users – Research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and financial goals to identify opportunities for engagement, retention, and trust-building.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle – From discovery and ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, ensure each release delivers measurable value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with design, data, engineering, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver delightful, compliant, and scalable experiences.
- Leverage data to drive growth – Use analytics (SQL, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to define success metrics, experiment with features, and enhance engagement funnels.
- Champion personalization – Integrate credit bureau data and behavioral insights to deliver personalized recommendations and nudges that improve users’ credit health.
- Ensure trust, security & compliance – Uphold data privacy, consent management, and regulatory best practices across the product journey.
- Influence go-to-market and partnerships – Collaborate with marketing, growth, and external partners to define GTM strategies, acquisition channels, and monetization opportunities.
- Continuously iterate – Use A/B testing, user feedback, and data insights to refine the user experience and optimize for retention and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, with strong exposure to B2C digital products (FinTech, financial wellness, credit, or consumer internet preferred).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing products with measurable growth and engagement outcomes.
- Deep understanding of user lifecycle metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (SQL, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholder across teams.
- Experience with credit scoring, financial literacy, or lending ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
