Business Development Representative (BDR) – Intern (Hunting Role)

Location:

Noida (Work From Office)

Internship Duration:

6 Months

Working Days & Timings:

5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Stipend:

₹20,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern with a strong focus on hunting new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold outreach, and building a strong sales pipeline from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and hunt new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
  • Research and build a database of potential customers and decision-makers
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their business needs
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM/tools
  • Meet daily/weekly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and hunting roles
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales is a plus
  • Ability to work from the office in Noida for the entire internship duration
