About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern with a strong focus on hunting new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold outreach, and building a strong sales pipeline from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and hunt new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Research and build a database of potential customers and decision-makers
- Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their business needs
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM/tools
- Meet daily/weekly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and hunting roles
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of B2B sales is a plus
- Ability to work from the office in Noida for the entire internship duration
