About Role:

As an Associate Product Manager (AI Products) at Credgenics, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build world-class FinTech products that enhance collections, improve customer experiences, and drive financial innovation. If you love solving complex problems and building disruptive, high-growth products, this role is for you!

1. Product Success

• Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to understand their business needs, collect feedback, requirements, and ensure effective use.

2. Project Delivery

• Work across verticals (product/sales/customer support/design/operations) and align everyone on product goals.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product leadership to define and deliver end-to-end AI product features.
• Translate data science insights into product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize model development pipelines based on business value and feasibility.
• Work closely with analytics and engineering teams to define success metrics, run experiments (A/B, pilots), and monitor post-launch performance.
• Defining product roadmap, managing sprints, grooming, and roadmap for data science-driven initiatives.
• Support user research, data validation, and hypothesis testing for new AI solutions.
• Build a strong understanding of the underlying data, models, and KPIs driving product decisions.

Must Have:

• B.Tech (or similar) degree from a reputed institute and relevant industry background.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts — model evaluation, A/B testing, data lifecycle, etc.
• Prior exposure to AI/ML product development or data platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with SQL, dashboards, or analytics tools (e.g., Metabase).
• Effective communication skills.
