We are looking for bright candidates just out of college with 0-1 years of experience for our Customer Success team. The candidates will work with our Customer Success Managers and help with operational projects across customers.

What you'll be doing:

1. Supporting onboarding and effective management of client relationships
2. Identify and support investigation and resolution issues and problems & complaints
3. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer operations
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver client requirements
5. Prepare weekly/ monthly reports
6. Planning the training and standardisation of service delivery
7. Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance
