Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and scale the People function at Credgenics. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's HR strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, HR systems, and compliance.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner closely with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring scalable HR processes and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters and organizational challenges.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across technology, product, business, and corporate functions.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent from leading organizations and institutions.
  • Drive hiring excellence through data-driven recruitment processes and workforce planning.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.

Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement

  • Build and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across the organization.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives and facilitate conflict resolution when required.

Learning, Development & Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability and growth.
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and career progression programs.
  • Establish learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and future readiness.
  • Support managers in coaching, feedback, and talent development processes.

HR Systems, Operations & Governance

  • Lead and optimize all HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.
  • Drive implementation, enhancement, and administration of HRMS, ATS, payroll, and people analytics platforms.
  • Establish scalable HR policies, processes, and SOPs to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all employee records and HR systems.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave management, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
  • Drive HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage HR vendors, including background verification, insurance, payroll, and employee benefit partners.
  • Develop and monitor HR service delivery standards, operational KPIs, and SLAs.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Conduct HR audits and implement best practices in policy governance and risk management.
  • Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure organizational compliance.

People Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop HR dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce metrics including hiring, attrition, engagement, performance, diversity, and productivity.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve people programs and HR effectiveness.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to build a best-in-class people function.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR organization.
