Assistant Manager - Digital Collections Strategy & Campaign Management

We are actively looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team in Mumbai for the role of Assistant Manager – Collections Strategy & Campaign Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive end-to-end collections strategy execution across digital channels.
2. Manage and monitor portfolios including PDM, PDD, Write-off, and NPA buckets.
3. Analyze portfolio performance and implement data-driven collection strategies to improve recoveries.
4. Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights to stakeholders and clients.
5. Own revenue and P&L performance for assigned campaigns/portfolios.
6. Lead and manage team performance, productivity, and target achievement.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign planning, process improvements, and execution.
8. Ensure timely delivery of client requirements with strong stakeholder management.
9. Identify gaps, optimize workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
10. Conduct regular reviews on campaign performance, recovery trends, and strategic improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Collections domain.
2. Strong hands-on experience managing:
- PDM
- PDD
- Write-off (Woff) NPA Buckets
3. Excellent knowledge of collections strategies, portfolio management, and recovery optimization.
4. Strong command of Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- MIS Reporting
- Data Analysis
- Dashboards
5. Experience in Revenue Management and P&L ownership.
6. Proven experience in Team Handling and stakeholder/client management.
7. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
8. Strong presentation and communication skills (written & verbal).
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
10. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
