At Credgenics, the Forward Deployed Engineer is not a support role — it is a builder role. You will be the person who takes our Voice AI platform into the real world, navigates the complexity of enterprise environments, and makes it work where it counts. You will own outcomes, not tickets. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead Client Engagements from Day One

• Serve as the primary technical owner for new enterprise clients from initial onboarding through full deployment

• Conduct deep discovery to uncover real business workflows, data constraints, and operational edge cases • Convert ambiguous requirements into clear, scoped Voice AI solutions ready for production Build and Deploy Voice AI Solutions

• Architect and build Voice AI agents tailored to each client — including dialogue design, prompt engineering, and fallback handling

• Set up and configure language models, voice profiles, speech recognition, and third-party integrations • Run rapid iterations driven by live call data, outcome metrics, and direct user feedback Deliver to Production, Quickly

• Take new use cases from kickoff to live deployment in days — not weeks

• Monitor agent performance in production, identify failure patterns, and continuously improve outcomes

• Drive account expansion by demonstrating measurable ROI at each stage of the client journey Be the Face of Credgenics with Customers

• Lead client calls, technical walkthroughs, and live demonstrations with confidence

• Communicate AI capabilities, system behaviour, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and business stakeholders

• Build long-term client trust through responsiveness, ownership, and consistent delivery Feed Insights Back into the Product

• Spot recurring patterns across deployments and surface them as product improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to help decide what gets built into the platform vs. stays custom

• Contribute to improving deployment tooling, monitoring, and repeatability based on real-world usage

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Builder mindset: Owns outcomes fully — from problem identification to production delivery

• Thrives in ambiguity: Comfortable making sharp decisions with limited context and tight timelines

• AI & prompting depth: Skilled at designing, testing, and refining AI conversations that work in the real world

• Client-facing maturity: Can lead enterprise calls, set expectations, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics

• Technical range: Fluent in APIs, system integrations, voice infrastructure, and debugging production failures

• Execution under pressure: Capable of running multiple concurrent deployments without dropping quality or speed

• Experience: 2–5 years in technical deployment, AI implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar hands-on role
