Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Associate-Sales who can drive new client acquisition and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires a consultative selling approach, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to hunt and close large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

● Drive new client acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise accounts.

● Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

● Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, decision-makers) to understand business needs and position solutions effectively.

● Apply consultative selling techniques to design tailored solutions for clients.

● Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline through proactive hunting activities.

● Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Pre-sales, Customer Success) to deliver value-driven solutions.

● Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

● Meet and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Proven experience in Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales.

● Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

● Hands-on experience in new client acquisition and enterprise hunting.

● Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.

● Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into solutions.

● Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
