About the Role:

As a Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer within our Go-to-marketplace Applications team, you will be a driver of Crowdstrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. This role is specifically within the Salesforce CPQ team which consists of Dev Engineers, QA Engineers, Administrators, BSAs working towards designing, building and shipping cutting-edge solutions and features for Quote-Cash flow.

What You'll Do:

As a QA Engineer, You will be taking ownership of Product quality in CPQ solutions for Crowdstrike which includes:

  • Define test objectives and collaborate with the Business and IT teams to achieve project goals

  • Designing test strategy, writing test cases, executing functional and performance test cases, verifying bug fixes and generating test reports.

  • Support QA Automation, especially for Regression Tests using the Automation tools like Selenium/Provar.

  • Provide metrics and results from all testing efforts

  • Apply the QA best practices to help improve product quality and process efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of Experience in QA on Business Applications

  • 2+ years in Quote to Cash of Enterprise organizations

  • Proficiency in configuring Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements,product and pricing configurations, discounting rules, and quote generation processes

  • Knowledge of how to manage and configure product catalogs within Salesforce CPQ, Understanding of product bundles, options, and constraints.

  • Understanding the end-to-end process of creating quotes and proposals in Salesforce CPQ, Testing the accuracy of generated quotes, including line items, quantities, and pricing

  • Expertise in creating & executing comprehensive test cases around complex pricing rules.

  • Ability to develop & validate detailed test scenarios that effectively cover all the Discount schedules.

  • Expertise in setting up End-To-End QA strategy for a multi-tier Salesforce application

  • Experience in creating, maintaining and executing Regression Suite for an Application

  • Experience in operating indepdently and functioning efficiently in a geographically distributed team model

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce Certifications (Administrator & Sales Cloud Preferably)

  • Experience in Test Automation
