In This Role, You Will:

Client Onboarding & Training: Introduce new clients to the Passkey system and ensure they are well-equipped to use the platform.

· Passkey Event Builds: Set up and configure events according to client specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with event needs.

· Project Management: Oversee multiple event builds, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

· Post-Launch Support: Manage multi-property event setups, monitor inventories, and assist clients with any modifications.

· Inventory Management: Track hotel block allocations, availability, and updates to optimize event housing solutions.

· Data & Reporting: Generate insights through reporting and provide recommendations to clients based on event trends.

· Client Consultation & Support: Act as a trusted advisor to event planners, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and optimizing their use of Passkey.


Here's What You Need:

· Industry Experience: 2+ years in a hotel, event housing, or hospitality-related role.

· Event Inventory Expertise: Experience managing inventory for large-scale events.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

· Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and troubleshoot effectively.

· Detail-Oriented & Consultative Approach: Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Use AI tools to streamline event builds and reporting: Leverage AI to auto-generate event summaries, setup checklists, and client-ready reports to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.

· Support client onboarding with AI-powered content — Use generative AI to create or personalize training guides, FAQs, and walkthroughs, enabling faster and more scalable client education.
