Internships at Cvent
Cvent’s paid internship gives students hands-on experience and direct mentorship that supports their professional development and career growth after college graduation. Interns are exposed to the inner workings of an industry-leading software company while taking ownership of projects that contribute to the company’s continued success. Interns may receive an offer for full-time employment after graduation.
In This Role, You Will:
Work on real projects using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science to build models and LLM-powered features in CventIQ, Cvent’s suite of AI products
Ideal candidates:
- Will have a strong interest in AI research and a desire to build a career in this field.
- Bring curiousity, a strong willingess to learn, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Skilled in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, data analysis, analytical thinking and solid communication
Example projects:
- Developing recommendations to personalize event planning and boost attendee engagement
- Build various ML/statistical models
- Create AI accelerators
Here's What You Need:
- Full-time college student with plans to graduate in May 2027 (summer between Junior & Senior year)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.
- Ability to commute to our headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA.
- Strong time management, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a drive for continual improvement.
Most importantly, a successful candidate will be passionate about technology. Keeping up with the latest advancements in the industry; spending time creating, building, and exploring with technical projects.
