In This Role, You Will:

Enterprise Services is a division within Information Technology that manages the internal tools provided to all Cventers, and, within Enterprise Services, the End-User Experience team is responsible for creating the best IT experience for our employees. The End-User Experience team makes sure that Cventers can be efficient and effective in their jobs using our best-in-class IT tools such as Slack, Box, Confluence, and more. Our team creates and manages training and outreach programs in addition to creating new ways to engage Cventers. This position will interact with all departments across Cvent, offering custom solutions and best practices for Cvent employees to thrive and maximize productivity.


Here's What You Need:

  • Being the subject matter expert on Cvent’s systems & tools
  • Facilitating and conducting trainings for Cventers about our systems & tools
  • Facilitating “Train the trainer” sessions with leads and management
  • Driving global product adoption across Cvent
  • Assist with corporate IT communication
  • Identifying missing resources and creating documentation to fill the gap
  • Designing educational IT documentation and training materials for Cvent
  • Interfacing with other departments outside of IT and advising on best practices to help that team become more efficient and productive
  • Assist with answering questions and pointing colleagues towards existing resources.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the enduser IT experience and turn them into actionable programs with clear outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate stakeholders and keep multiple initiatives on track, including followups and accountability for results.
