In This Role, You Will:

• Cvent's North American & European Talent Acquisition team through job applicant review and evaluation, including but not limited to resume review, candidate outreach, and scheduling interviews.
• Source candidate resumes on job boards corporate positions, including Sales, Technology, Marketing, Client Services, and Corporate Shared Services.
• Conduct internet research projects to support university recruiting efforts, candidate sourcing, and company mapping initiatives.
• Enter candidate data, application materials and interview notes into the applicant tracking system.
• Provide administrative support to the Global Recruiting team.
• Post positions and research new advertising opportunities.
• Additional duties and special projects as needed.

Here's What You Need:

•Minimum 1 year of experience in resume sourcing or end-to-end recruiting.
•Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new techniques.
•Consultative and customer-focused approach with recruiters and hiring managers.
•The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs, and adjust focus as needed.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
•Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
•Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion.
•Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment.
Work Timings- US East Coast (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST; Cabs provided).
