In This Role, You Will:

  • Sales & Contracting Support
    • Support Sales reps with quote and contract creation, ensuring correct SKUs, pricing structures, terms, and approvals in Salesforce / CPQ and Ironclad
    • Review deals for policy and process adherence (discounting, approvals, billing details, tax fields, payment terms) and flag exceptions to senior team members as needed
    • Assist with obtaining and organizing customer-requested documents (legal, security, insurance, etc.) to keep deals moving
  • SPOT Help & Queue Management
    • Work cases from SPOT Help channels (Slack, JSM, email) across categories such as contracting help, account/contact updates, opportunity/ownership changes, and quota/commission questions, following documented SLAs and workflows
    • Accurately categorize and document each request, update status, and provide clear, timely communication back to Sales
    • Escalate complex or cross-functional issues to senior associates, Team Leads, or partner teams (Finance, Legal, Systems, Sales Planning) with appropriate context and recommendations
  • Data, Systems & Process Quality
    • Maintain high-quality data in Salesforce by processing account/contact updates, opportunity assignments, territory moves, and list uploads as per SPOT standards
    • Support UAT and small process improvements related to Salesforce, Ironclad, and other sales tools; log issues and partner with Systems & Strategy as needed
    • Contribute to documentation (wikis, SOPs, quick guides) for recurring scenarios, enabling more self-service and consistent handling across the team
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify requirements
    • Provide constructive feedback on recurring issues, gaps, or edge cases so SPOT can improve processes, tools, and training materials over time

Here's What You Need:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (creating/updating accounts, opportunities, tasks, basic reporting)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes and data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex operational topics for Sales stakeholders
  • Proven time management and prioritization, able to handle multiple requests, queues, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CPQ, Ironclad, eSignature tools, or other SaaS quoting/contracting platforms
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Glean) to improve speed and quality of work
  • Prior experience supporting US/EST Sales teams or working EST-aligned hours
