In This Role, You Will:

o Review order forms, SOWs, and amendments for accuracy of SKUs, pricing, discounts, term, billing frequency, renewal terms, and special clauses.
o Validate contracts against approved quoting/CPQ outputs and commercial policies before implementation.
o Implement contracts and changes in Salesforce (and other systems as required), ensuring clean handoff to Invoicing, FCS, Collections, and Revenue.
o Manage auto-renewals, term changes, add-ons, upsells, and partial-term changes with clear documentation.
o Ensure all required approvals and supporting documents are attached and traceable for audit.
• Stakeholder Management & Issue Resolution
• Process Excellence & Reporting
• Controls, Quality & Compliance
o Adhere to contract management SOPs, playbooks, and checklists; raise gaps and propose improvements.
o Perform quality checks on complex deals (multi-entity, multi-currency, non-standard terms, M&A/legacy contracts).
o Ensure compliance with SOX, revenue recognition guidelines, and internal approval matrices.
o Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and samples.
• Stakeholder Management & Issue Resolution
o Act as a subject-matter expert for Sales, FCS, Collections, RevOps, FP&A, and Accounting on contract terms and implementation.
o Investigate and resolve contract-related issues impacting invoicing, billing disputes, credits/rebills, or provisioning.
o Partner with cross-functional teams during M&A integrations to review legacy contracts, define interim rules, and stabilize processes.
o Communicate clearly on status, risks, and resolutions for high-impact or time-sensitive cases.
• Process Excellence & Reporting
o Identify recurring errors and drive root cause analysis and preventive actions (SOP updates, training, tool changes, controls).
o Contribute to knowledge base / rulebook updates for SKUs, contract scenarios, and edge cases.
o Support operational reporting on contract queues, SLAs, error trends, and rework.
Here's What You Need:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex commercial terms.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash flows (contracting, invoicing, cancellations/credits, renewals, revenue impact).
• Analytical skills – comfortable working with contract data, approvals, reconciliations, and exceptions.
• Process- and control-oriented mindset, with familiarity or interest in SOX and audit requirements.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with global stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work against SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of ownership, problem-solving, and accountability for resolving complex cases.
• Experience with M&A integrations, legacy migrations, or multi-entity environments.
• Exposure to revenue recognition concepts and coordination with Technical Accounting/Revenue.
• Experience using automation or AI tools to support contract review, quality, or workflow management.
