About The Team
Our team of over 350 Product Consultants, Analysts and Relationship Managers is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals. We hire bright people who are willing to learn and are extremely motivated to succeed. We have people from various educational backgrounds including computer information systems, psychology, and communications.

Position Summary:
Senior Project Consultants will work with Cvent’s event management software clients, primarily handling high touch/high dollar accounts. The role involves gathering client requirements, implementing them in the software, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and best practice recommendations.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage and work closely with high touch/high dollar client accounts.
  • Gather detailed client requirements and implement them accurately in Cvent’s event management software.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to review implementations and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide clients with suggestions and best practices to improve event outcomes and meet their goals.
  • Understand project goals, objectives, products, services, and identify constraints and risks by collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Offer best practice tips to clients to enhance meeting attendance using Cvent’s marketing engine.
  • Document all client communications in Cvent’s CRM software
  • Assist in mentoring new joiners to the team.


Here's What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials; preference for IT graduates or those with project-based work experience.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience supporting clients in the US, UK, or Australia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates with international exposure through travel, study, or work abroad.
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
  • Must rank within the top 20% of their current team.
  • High comfort level with using online software products.
  • Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
  • AI certification preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms.
  • Preference for candidates who have contributed to AI-driven projects or initiatives in their previous organizations.
  • Knowledge of HTML will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in leveraging common AI tools to support and accelerate client product adoption.
  • Prior exposure to AI-based tools or platforms (e.g., AI chat/email assistant, automated task managers, or smart analytics tools) to support operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Good to have: Foundational understanding or certifications in AI concepts (e.g., Coursera, Google AI Essentials, or LinkedIn Learning courses) to support adoption of emerging technologies in daily tasks.
