Role Overview
The AI Solution Partner is a hands-on technical builder who works directly with business teams to solve high-value workflow, automation, data, and AI problems in real operating environments.
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Cvent to understand how work gets done, identify opportunities to improve it, and deliver practical solutions that connect systems, data, and AI capabilities into usable workflows. Solutions may be built through a mix of low-code, no-code, and code-based approaches, depending on the use case. Over time, this role may also support select customer-facing deployments.
This is a delivery-focused role. You will translate business needs into working solutions, build integrations and AI-enabled workflows, and help drive outcomes from prototype through rollout and iteration. Success is measured by adoption, time-to-value, reliability, and business impact.

- Own delivery from discovery through rollout, including solution design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Turn successful patterns into reusable templates, connectors, workflow modules, agent skills, and best practices that can scale across teams.
- Partner across technical and business teams, and when needed, support customer-facing deployments.
Here's What You Need:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders, customers, or non-technical teams to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical options and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
