Cvent is seeking an experienced Executive Travel Liaison/Concierge to assist with the development of the company's Corporate Travel Program, focusing within our Event, Tradeshow, Executive Travel, and Executive Expenses, as well as managing the procurement process for an assigned category of spend.
The appropriate candidate will work directly with Cvent’s Travel Team located in India to understand the current process, identify recommended areas of improvement, and provide suggestions and recommendations to the Director, Business Operations.

In This Role, You Will:
- Review of the current travel processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement
- Serve as Concur SME and administrator
- Proficient with Cvent’s meeting and event products
- Will work closely with the travel team (1 Assistant Manager and 3 agents), who manage all travel for Cvent's 5,500 employees
- Work with the travel team to resolve outstanding issues and bring them to a close
- Create documentation to track and monitor progress
- Ultimately, provide a complete action plan to put approved suggestions in place
- Create SOP documents with the Travel Assistant Manager to document all travel processes
- Manage attendee lists for company events, including obtaining Executive-level approvals
- Coordinate Executive Travel and manage Executive travel expenses
Here's What You Need:
- 10+ years of travel experience with air, car, and hotel, with both domestic and international exposure
- Project Management experience preferred
- Ability to take direction but still self-manage
- Experience interacting with Executives and their assistants, particularly as it pertains to travel and expenses
- Ability to share information in an organized and professional manner
- Familiarization with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Concur, and Cvent products
- Detail oriented
- Great time management, able to understand and meet deadlines and goals
- Strong negotiation skills
