About the role:

We are looking for a seasoned Total Rewards with hands-on expertise in compensation administration, annual merit cycles, Long Term Incentive (LTI) and ESOPs, salary surveys, job matching, benchmarking, off-cycle adjustments, and compensation tools such as Workday and Payscale, along with mandatory capability in advanced Excel and practical exposure to AI-driven HR processes or automation.


In This Role, You Will:

  1. Lead end-to-end administration of annual merit cycles, including planning, budgeting support, approvals, annual increment roll-out, training leaders on compensation programs for a large employee base.
  2. Manage Long Term Incentive (LTI), ESOPs administration, and compensation administration activities including off-cycle salary changes, promotions, transfers, corrections. Manage and Audit compensation data on system of records like Workday and Payscale.
  3. Drive salary surveys, job matching, job evaluation, and compensation benchmarking exercises using market data from Aon, Deloitte, Mercer, WTW, and similar partners. Validation of compensation ranges through triangulation of market survey data, hiring data, and attrition compensation data.
  4. Analyze compensation data and build actionable insights using advanced Excel to support pay decisions for market competitiveness. Leverage AI and process improvement opportunities to enhance compensation analytics, workflow efficiency, data quality, and overall rewards operations.

Here's What You Need:

  1. 14+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, with strong depth in compensation administration.
  2. Proven experience managing annual merit cycles end to end for an organization with 3,000+ employees.
  3. Strong exposure to salary surveys, job matching, benchmarking, and off-cycle compensation management.
  4. Expertise in compensation administration, Long Term Incentive (LTI) and ESOPs administration, merit planning, salary structures, and market benchmarking.
  5. Hands-on experience with Workday, Payscale, and similar compensation or HR systems.
  6. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including compensation modeling, reconciliations, validations, pivots, lookups, and scenario analysis.
  7. AI exposure is mandatory, with the ability to apply AI tools or automation in HR, analytics, or compensation processes
  8. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and execution capability.
  9. MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred
