For this role, design, build, and deploy AI-augmented automation solutions across Cvent's enterprise ecosystem. Combine deep RPA expertise with modern AI engineering — LLM integration, agentic workflows, and IDP — to eliminate manual work and accelerate operational velocity.
In This Role, You Will:
Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who bridges business stakeholders and the AI & RPA delivery team. You will own requirements, process analysis, and solution blueprinting for automation and AI initiatives – ensuring every solution is grounded in measurable business value and delivered through a structured, agile lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process discovery sessions; produce BRDs, FRDs, process maps (BPMN), and BVR (Business Value Readiness) scorecards for AI and RPA opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into UiPath PDDs/SDDs and AI agent workflow specs in close collaboration with developers and architects.
- Manage the full Jira lifecycle per AI-DLC standards: Epics, grooming tasks, user stories (with acceptance criteria), UAT stories, and deployment tickets.
- Evaluate AI applicability – LLMs, intelligent document processing, RAG, semantic search – and articulate trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and coordinate UAT test plans; manage defect triage and business sign-off.
- Maintain the Automation Hub portfolio; keep idea cards, ROI data, and pipeline status accurate and current.
- Prepare concise executive updates covering pipeline health, delivery status, and realised ROI.
Here's What You Need:
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of BA experience in IT, automation, or digital transformation programmes.
- Functional knowledge of UiPath (Automation Hub, Studio, Orchestrator) – enough to review designs and assess feasibility without writing code.
- Working understanding of AI capabilities: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflow concepts.
- Proven track record of writing BRDs, user stories, and process maps that directly drive software or automation delivery.
- Hands-on Jira/JSM experience for backlog management, sprint tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
- Strong communication skills – confident engaging from frontline users to VP/CIO audiences.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and concepts (A2A, MCP, Vector DB, Zero Copy, Agent identity etc.) and enterprise platforms – Salesforce, Snowflake, Smartsheet, Confluence.
- Experience with change management frameworks.
