We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI Assistant strategy and execution for Cvent's Attendee Hub, reporting to the Director of Product Management. In this role, you will own the roadmap and outcomes for a suite of AI-powered experiences that help attendees and planners get more value from every event. You'll run a dedicated sprint team and partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to define what gets built, why it matters, and whether it's working.
In This Role, You Will:
- Own and drive the end-to-end roadmap and execution for a suite of AI-powered experiences.
- Lead a dedicated sprint team—running backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery cadence to keep the team focused and shipping.
- Define what "good" looks like for AI features through structured evaluations (evals)—building eval datasets, writing LLM-as-judge prompts, and monitoring quality in production.
- Run continuous discovery: hold weekly customer conversations, test assumptions early with working prototypes, and bring artifacts to interviews—not slide decks.
- Own clear, measurable outcomes and know what moves them and why.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship AI features that are technically sound and meaningfully useful to customers.
- Bring an external AI product perspective that raises the bar for how the team builds and evaluates AI experiences.
- Use AI fluently in your daily PM work—for research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis, and communication—and model that behavior for the team.
- Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies, proactively flagging risks and aligning with partner teams to keep delivery on track.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market launches, ensuring messaging reflects product reality.
- Contribute to Attendee Hub portfolio strategy in collaboration with the Director of Product Management.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with usage data, defining KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Proven ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback into product requirements.
- Experience designing and shipping AI-powered features or functionality within a product—including hands-on work with prompt engineering and evals.
- Fluency with AI prototyping tools (such as Lovable, v0, Claude, or Cursor) to build working artifacts that inform discovery.
- Experience working with Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success on product launches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders at multiple levels—written recommendations that are direct, clear, and backed by reasoning.
- Self-starter who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for a product leader who is energized by AI product problems, holds a high bar for quality, and wants to build something with lasting impact at the center of how events are experienced.
