Intern, Service Desk Engineer

As an intern, this is a great way to launch your career. You will have a hands-on role with significant
expectations to contribute both technically and culturally.

  • Have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping
    people.
  • Basic knowledge specific to hardware platforms (Win & Mac), operating systems, communication
    networks, and personal computers.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
  • Track and monitor all hardware and software support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Escalate issues requiring specialized technical knowledge to the appropriate systems, development, and support personnel
  • Work with our AV team to audit and implement the latest audio and video conferencing hardware /
    software.
  • Work with different teams such as networking, security, and infrastructure within the company to get the
    latest technologies applied.
  • Coordinate with team members to provide support for new systems, projects, and upgrades

Intern, Endpoint Engineer

  • Windows Endpoint Management Assist with day-to-day SCCM/MECM operations including software
    deployments, patch management, and imaging
  • Help maintain and update Windows 10/11 operating system images and task sequences
  • Support Windows 11 migration efforts by testing and validating upgrade packages
  • Create and manage software packages and applications within SCCM
  • Monitor SCCM health checks, client status, and compliance reports Security & Compliance Support deployment and maintenance of security agents (CrowdStrike, Tenable, Netskope)
  • Assist with Windows update and patch compliance monitoring and remediation
  • Help track device compliance status and generate reports for management
  • Support BitLocker encryption deployment and recovery key management Automation & Scripting
  • Learn to create and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint management tasks

Intern, Infrastructure Automation

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline
    infrastructure and operational processes.
  • Assist in automating recurring tasks such as health checks, log collection, report generation,
    user or access validation, and configuration checks.
  • Support AWS operational activities across services such as EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch,
    Lambda, and VPC.
  • Work with Linux systems to execute commands, review logs, manage files and permissions,
    validate services, and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Help build integrations between internal systems and services using REST APIs, JSON, and
    scripting.
  • Assist with monitoring and incident-response activities by collecting diagnostic information and
    automating initial triage steps.
  • Create and update runbooks, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures for
    automated workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn secure, maintainable scripting and automation practices
    from senior engineers.
  • Help troubleshooting and enhance existing automation solutions.

Intern, Access Management Engineer

  • Assist in developing automation scripts using Python to streamline enterprise processes
  • Help build integrations between enterprise systems using REST APIs
  • Support the development of internal tools and self-service applications
  • Work with AWS Lambda functions and serverless automation solutions
  • Contribute to documentation and runbook development for automated processes
  • Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from senior engineers
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation solutions
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting for automation effectiveness

Here's What You Need:

  • B. Tech in CS or IT
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to distill data into important, relevant insights for business leaders.
  • Knowledge of Hardware and software side of things
