We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.


Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.


Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.


Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.


Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.


Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.


Collaborate with other departments to address complex or escalated issues.


Continuously update knowledge of company products and promotions.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.


Proven experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.


Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.


Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
