The Procurement Head will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient management of our inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels based on the demand, and seamless coordination between teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of inventory management best practices.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Develop and implement inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.
  • Identify best vendors for procurement and control.
  • Implement and maintain stringent quality control procedures for materials to uphold brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, stock levels, and inventory turnover rates.
  • Lead and mentor a team of inventory analysts and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in inventory management best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 Institute (IIT’s, BIT’s etc) with 2 Years’ Experience in Supply Chain Management or WH Management .
  • Proven experience in Vendor management and Inventory Management with a strong focus on high-value items is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
