Role Overview: Mihup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following –

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in the selection and decision-making process.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, collaborating with the HR team and management.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment processes and strategies.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, at least 2 years experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proven success in sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
