Mihup is looking for a talented, creative and passionate individual with a strong HR Managerial background to help embedding HR strategy into the Company. As a leader of Human Resource, your role is to harness the power of employees and to develop and promote people-related strategies that enable culture and our business. That means you’ll partner closely with business leaders and employees to deeply understand our business and our people. You’ll need to think broadly, be curious and use data to drive decision making.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Engagement:-
· Develop & deploy talent acquisition plans (sourcing to onboarding) for large scale ramp ups & niche technical skill sets involving various contemporary channels of sourcing. (Early Talent and Frontline to Leadership hiring)
· Responsible for workforce planning (both full time and contract employees), acquisition budgets, recruitment metrics & process governance
· Identify potential sources for hiring talent from related industry, local community, technical education institutions (campus hiring) etc.
· Lead corporate campus programme to drive the talent mix targets & build talent from bottom of pyramid
· Deploy various diversity specific talent acquisition programmes
· Drive various interventions like introducing technical assessments for hiring, vendor management systems, employer branding, hiring manager capability, social media hiring, candidate experiences etc.
· Formulate & drive retention strategies. Design and deploy proactive retention framework.
· Manage end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partner with business leadership to implement HR strategy.
Talent Management
· Build talent strategy for the business. Identify key focus areas and deploy interventions to achieve talent outcomes in partnership with the leadership.
· Drive the talent management process including key talent identification, succession planning for critical positions and work with business leaders on the yearly succession plan accomplishments.
· Own various talent management metrics.
· Design & deploy key interventions like technical career framework, on the job learning framework, potential assessment tools, leadership development programmes, accelerated high potential hiring programme etc
Talent Development
· Be the owner for complete talent development cycle (Training need assessment, training need identification, training deployment & training assessment)
· Formulate talent development strategy for business and end to end implementation of various constituents of learning strategy like performance based, role based, functional/nonfunctional & feedback based learning programme
· Deploy on the job learning, mentorship, leadership development & functional learning interventions
· Constantly align talent development interventions with the needs of business & deploy development centers, psychometric assessments, leadership development & enhancement interventions
· Own various talent development metrics.
Rewards & Recognition:
· In partnership with business leaders, conceptualize, formalize and implement various rewards and recognition systems for various associate groups as a part of total reward philosophy. (This includes monetary and non-monetary rewards)
· Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking exercise at regular intervals to ensure market parity. Ensure that compensation strategy is in line with compensation levels for various roles.
· Ensure alignment with compensation philosophy and business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
· Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
· Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy
· Ability to identify new ways for HR to support the business strategy
· Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
· Effective team player
· Strong interpersonal, influence, communication, change management and business partnership skills
· Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., performance management, talent management, engagement, employee relations, workforce planning, change management etc.)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
· Should have been HR Manager for at least 3-5 years preferably in a startup, mid/small technology company.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based analysis
· Exceptional at communication and influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data and ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
· Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
· Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation, employee engagement, learning and growth, culture, change management, and strategic talent management.
Required Education
· A post graduate in HR from a reputed institute having 5+ years’ of experience in general HR.
