Role Overview:
Are you a results-driven Sales Manager with a passion for achieving sales excellence? At Mihup, we are seeking a Sales Manager who will spearhead the growth of our Conversation Analytics product. The candidate should take full ownership and be the CEOs of each of the Accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of closing Qualified Leads and surpassing revenue targets. Your prior experience in domestic SMB/Mid-Market sales within B2B enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud-based product companies is invaluable. Objectives of this Role:
• Achieve remarkable growth and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate leads and foster enduring client relationships.
• Realize company objectives through strategic planning, setting sales goals, meticulous performance analysis, and forecasting future success.
• Continuously enhance personal leadership, recruitment, and training capabilities, while ensuring the sales team employs effective strategies to meet revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Your pivotal role includes, but is not limited to:
• Securing new logos with strategic accounts in the Enterprise Segment.
• Devising a focused and precise logo acquisition strategy.
• Expanding Mihup's applications in existing and newly acquired accounts to optimize customer benefits.
• Establishing vital C-Level relationships, transforming them into industry advocates.
• Elevating the value proposition in all interactions to facilitate successful negotiations.
• Strategizing, documenting, and spearheading the expansion of Mihup's usage among your clientele.
• Developing a profound and comprehensive understanding of each customer's business.
• Identifying all crucial data use cases and decision-making centers to amplify Mihup's impact within organizations.
• Orchestrating and leveraging Mihup's teams to maximize your influence in sales endeavors.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any field.
• 4-5 years of experience in successfully selling SaaS solutions in
the Enterprise segment.
• Previous experience in selling Cloud Telephony/Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)/AI SaaS CRM products is imperative.
Key Skills:
• Proven ability to generate a robust sales pipeline rapidly.
• Profound knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, cycles, and the decision-making ecosystem.
• Background in selling usage-based SaaS solutions or other AI/ML technologies.
• Demonstrated prowess in solution selling.
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence when engaging with C-Level, Engineering, and Architect level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in hunting within greenfield markets while expertly consulting with existing accounts for expansion.
• Strong familiarity with CRM/Sales Management Tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Freshworks).
• Exceptional presentation skills and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
