We are seeking a product marketing manager responsible for marketing Mihup's SaaS
software product portfolio. This person should have experience and demonstrated
success with product marketing planning and product launches. Ideally, they should have
product marketing experience for a global product either at a B2B enterprise software
company or SaaS/Cloud-based product company. We welcome all people. We celebrate

Responsibilities:
1. GTM Strategy:
• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify Ideal Customer Profile
(ICP), persona segments, and define GTM plays to execute.
• Develop the overall product marketing strategy to build product awareness,
establish product leadership, and drive demand.
2. Messaging & Positioning:
• Become an expert on our customers, product, industry, category trends, and
work closely with Product Management to understand the product roadmap.
• Develop relevant buyer personas and journey mapping for all products
covering business and technology buyers.
• Continually update product-related content on the website.
3. GTM Programs:
• Define and refine GTM programs with a strong focus on winning mindshare
and increasing awareness (e.g., website traffic, demos, pipeline).
• Work jointly with Field Marketing to develop demand gen strategy and
marketing programs to drive demand.
4. Product Launches:
• Develop a process for product launches at Mihup, including new products,
features, and services.
• Plan the marketing launch of new products and significant releases and
manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
5. Sales Enablement:
• Partner with product/sales to create compelling sales pitch decks and sales
materials for different ICPs and GTM plays.
• Communicate the value proposition of the product portfolio to the sales
team. Develop sales-enablement kits that support the selling process.
6. Customer Marketing:
• Partner with the sales team to develop and execute a cohesive customer
marketing strategy, including case studies, ABM campaigns, and other
initiatives.
• Implement programs to track the relevancy of product messaging and user
engagement with product collateral.
• Be the expert on the market, buyers, and competitors and position against
evolving market landscape and competition.
7. Leadership:
• Lead all of product marketing including GTM strategy and launches.
• Supercharge Mihup's Product Marketing function and create opportunities to
lead a team in the near future.
8. Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing for a global product either at a
B2B enterprise software company or SaaS/Cloud-based product company.
• Full-lifecycle experience in launching new products in the market.
• Experience working with Field Marketing to create market-relevant content
and execute demand generation programs.
• Very strong written communication skills. Should be able to articulate
product positioning and messaging to the external market.
• Prior experience in the analytics software market is a plus.
• Influencers that can work well cross-functionally and across different levels
in the organization.
