We are looking for a Engineering Team Lead to manage a team of security researchers and engineers focused on building cloud and SaaS integrations for the Oasis platform. The role involves leading the development of integrations and conducting research into customer use cases and data to uncover security value and insights.Responsibilities

• Lead a team of in several backend developers responsible of in depth cloud and SAAS integrations
• Lead in-depth research customer environments for potential security value including vulnerabilities and misconfigurations
• Identity posture from cloud providers, identity providers, on-prem and SaaS
• Explore and research new technologies, frameworks and security
• Lead and implement architectural and infrastructure projects and features.
• Participate in technical review processes, and address complex problems.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a development or research team leader
• 3+ years experience in security companies (which provide a B2B SAAS solution) as technical lead or a team leader
• Security research skills - ability to lead research efforts into security vulnerabilities in cloud providers and SAAS applications
• Strong understanding of security principles, particularly in modern Cloud and SaaS products
• Strong understanding of cloud computing services and architectures (AWS and Azure required)
• Experience working with internal customers such as Product, and Operations.

• Experience with modern cloud environments, K8s, docker, DBs, messaging brokers, and high-end frameworks.
• Experience in the identity and access security space.
