Solution Specialist - Night Shift

Why We have this Role

The Qualtrics Strategy & Research team is instrumental in contributing to Qualtrics' overall revenue and driving value out of our technology platform. With our business unit growing at an incredible rate, there is a pressing need to hire top talent to keep up with demand. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that the right partners are selected for each project, allowing us to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. This is a night shift role working Sunday-Thursday, hours are 5pm - 1am local time.

How You'll Find Success

  • Ability to work closely with the sales team to scope out projects, select the appropriate vendors, and create a blend of participants from each vendor to meet the customer’s target
  • Deep understanding of market research and being able to design solutions that meet the specific business needs of our clients
  • Attention to detail and ability to recognize challenges in potential projects
  • Ability to provide recommendations and ensure the successful execution of each project

In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in market research and solution design. You will have access to market research courses and Qualtrics certification courses to further develop your expertise in these areas. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with various teams within Qualtrics, allowing you to gain business acumen and technical abilities that will help you effectively leverage the power of the Qualtrics platform. This role offers ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Things You'll Do

  • Coordinate with external market research partners to ensure the success of each research project
  • Oversee the bidding process for 5-15 new projects per week
  • Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation and basic statistical analysis
  • Continuously gain knowledge through market research courses and Qualtrics certification courses
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, other Solutions teams, engineering, and other teams to create compelling solutions
  • Assist in driving sales pipeline and achieving the Strategy & Research billing and renewal targets
  • Articulate the business value of solutions by understanding customer's business requirements
  • Drive operational efficiencies across the Software Solutions team
  • Stay updated with market trends, target industry insights, competition, and industry regulatory/compliance requirements
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the Qualtrics suite of technology products
  • Take ownership of opportunities, work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to ambiguity and last-minute changes

What We're Looking for on Your Resume

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor’s equivalent or greater)
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well with sales, delivery, external partners and customers
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong affinity for market research, research design, solution selling, technology, and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate market research methodologies and technical concepts to customers
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in the SaaS or Market Research industry is preferred
What You Should Know About This Team
This is a night shift role working Sunday-Thursday, hours are 5pm - 1am local time. As a member of the Qualtrics Software Solutions team, you will be responsible for learning about our partner network and finding the best partners for our academic, corporate, and enterprise clients. Additionally, you will be tasked with selecting the correct vendor for each project, putting together a blend of selected vendors, and assisting with pricing and strategy. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work well with multiple teams, including sales, delivery, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate would also have an understanding of data analysis techniques and experience in using software tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
