Program Manager II, Product Feedback & Insights - Seattle
Why We Have This Role
The Product Feedback and Insights Team (PFIT) within the Qualtrics Product & Engineering organization is responsible for running programs that solicit customer and user feedback on Qualtrics products during the product development lifecycle and post product launch. The team manages various Customer Advisory Boards, the Early Access and Public Preview programs, Product Ideas/Feature Requests, Product Satisfaction and user experience measurement, and the delivery of product experience insights to Product Managers.
The Global Program Manager will work with senior members of the team to run one or more of the Product Feedback program areas. This role will work closely with customers, product managers, frontline team members and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure we are collecting the right product feedback at the right time and creating analyses and insights for the organization.

How You’ll Grow
- You’ll be responsible for the success of one or more product feedback programs (which may span multiple teams and stakeholders)
- Interact with Product Management leaders as well as Product Marketing and Frontline Team members
- Gain exposure to various Product Feedback & Insights methodologies and tools spanning the Product Development Lifecycle
- Gain exposure to work performed by Data Science & Analytics, Methods & Practice, and Engineering Operations teams
- People in this role can grow to lead Product Experience teams and functions
Things You’ll Do
- Analyze product feedback collected through various channels and deliver analyses to product managers in support of quarterly roadmap and annual planning business rhythms
- Manage the Product Ideas/Feature Requests system and program
- Support Customer Advisory Board Program execution
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- At least two years working in a Product organization delivery insights or equivalent experience in Voice of Customer/XM programs
- At least one year experience working hands-on with the Qualtrics software platform
- At least one year experience with coda software platform
- Demonstrated success delivering on cross-functional programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Product Managers across seven product units depend on us to recruit customers for Preview programs, manage and run advisory boards, and deliver insights on where our products can be improved.
- We are responsible for working with the Product teams to bring the most strategic and exciting product innovations to our customers and ensure ongoing feedback and continuous improvement

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range
$107,000—$202,500 USD
