The Benefits Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing our employee experience by effectively managing benefits programs across the EMEA region. This position is essential for ensuring that our benefits offerings meet the diverse needs of our employees, support local regulations, and align with our organizational objectives. Your expertise will directly influence employee satisfaction and retention, contributing to our overall success.

- Participate in collaborative projects and initiatives within the dynamic People Team, expanding your network and knowledge in the HR field.
Things You’ll Do
- Manage and update benefits enrollment processes and maintain accurate records across multiple regions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing country-specific benefits policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with statutory requirements for benefits administration.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance benefits communications and documentation.
- Analyze and benchmark benefits packages against market trends to remain competitive.
What We’re Looking For On Your CV
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a benefits or Total Rewards role, ideally in an international setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Proactive and resilient attitude, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with benefits benchmarking and vendor management practices.
- Cultural sensitivity and a European/global mindset.
